Austin's Rising Agents: Who Grew the Most in the Last 6 Months

Forty-seven Austin agents cleared the bar for this list: at least four closed sales in the last six months and four in the six before, measured by volume between March 2026 and September 2026 against September 2025 and March 2026. Five made the cut in the Summer 2026 issue, led by Matt van Winkle, whose recent half-year volume rose more than any other on the list. From March 2026 to September 2026 he closed 22 sales for $29.7M, up from 6 sales and $5.2M in the prior half-year, a volume gain of 466%. The recent closings cluster in Steiner Ranch, with 17 of the 22, plus 3 in Bella Mar and single sales in Crystal Falls and Mansfield-River Place. His largest recent sale, 11713 Shoreview Overlook, went for $3,700,000.
