Where the $3.5M-Plus Buyers Went in Dallas: 154 Sales by Neighborhood

The $3.5M line marks the premium tier in the Summer 2026 issue, and above it the last 12 months in Dallas produced 154 sales worth $859.8M. That is a market of large homes, big lots and a small set of streets where the highest prices land. The breakdown below sorts those sales by neighborhood, so a seller at this level can see which areas carry volume and which carry the outliers.  University Park took the most sales above $3.5M, 28 of them for $157.2M, and Highland Park followed with 15 for $120.4M, so the two Park Cities account for the largest share of the premium market. Dallas proper added 12 sales and $66.3M, Preston Hollow 11 for $79.1M, and Preston Hollow East another 11 for $53.2M.
